We’re located in the 150 year old Historical Flour Mill building in-between Louisiana and Virginia Streets. You’ll see the painted Silos from the parking lot.
Free city parking is directly in front of the entrance, about 3o spaces. Across the street you’ll find TUPPS Brewery (opening Dec 2023), they also have free city parking, about 200 spaces.
Yes, the studio will not be shared with anyone during your rental time.
You may arrive early and wait in the reception area until your rental start time. Please allow enough time for arrival, unpacking, setup, makeup, shooting, packing up and cleaning within your rental time.
The windows are along the South and East side. In the morning the light enters the studio through the South facing windows. By noon, the sun enters the windows also along the East side. During sunset, the studio is bathed in that golden light.
Yes, a stepstool is always available in the studio.
No, we don’t provide any lighting. You’re welcome to bring in your own lighting or we can provide you with an equipment rental company.
